General Policy: ACS offers a 30 day return Policy for exchange or
Refund! After 30 days we can only accept product back for warranty
that we provide on the product at which can be returned anytime during
the warranty period that ACS offered on that product! All products
with a manufacturer warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for
warranty after 30 days of purchase date. If you are not sure who
carries the warranty on your product, please contact us for
clarification.Softwares when opened OR installed on a customer's system cannot be returned.
REFUNDS: All Products being returned within the 30-day return period
for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There will be NO
exceptions! The customer may opt to receive store credit instead of a
refund and avoid the 20% restocking fee, but only within the 30 days
return period! For all refund returns the customer is responsible for
return shipping and handling charges!
Damaged or Lost Packages! Unfortunately at some time or another UPS
may damage or lose your package while en route to you. If your package
is lost or damaged please let us know as soon as possible. Once you
have contacted us about a lost or damaged package we need a maximum of
48hrs (24hrs in most cases) to run a trace to confirm the damage or
lost package! Once we confirm this with UPS you have two choices! We
can send you another package or issue you a full refund!
